Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during promotional periods, holidays, or times of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics disruptions, delivery times may extend by an additional 1–2 weeks.

All orders include tracking information once dispatched.

International Shipping

Moggy Den ships to customers worldwide.

Shipping availability may vary by country and region. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee redelivery, replacement, or a refund.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address:

  • Refunds may not be available

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

While we work closely with our shipping partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates in these situations.

Returns & Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout will not be refunded once an order has been shipped
